I think or look at thinspo. sometimes it can be a bit obsessive but it does help and fill yourself up with liquids. if u really need to eat then eat fruits or veggies

i am super weak, like i have trouble picking up my book bag. i had to drop some classes because i couldn't keep up. i sleep all the time (some people get insomnia). i have gastroesophigal reflux disease which causes serious stomach aches. as gross as this

Les cuento un poco. Estoy haciendo Ana Boot Camp diet y es genial. me esta dando re buenos resultados asi que si quieren saber como pregunteme que yo se las mando :D

Tips para vencer al hambre
Los mas populares son:
-TOMAR MUCHA AGUA
-TOMAR INFUSIONES (prueben el te de manzana)
-TOMAR CALDOS DIET
-TOMAR JUGOS
-TOMAR GASEOSAS
-MASCAR CHICLE
-LAVARSE LOS DIENTES
-SALIR A DAR UNA VUELTA A LA MANZANA
Pero TODO PASA POR LA MENTE. analiza bien si de verdad tenes necesidad de comer porque me lo pide el estómago, o es el cerebro el q esta pidiendo comida.
Para mi es un trabajo mental lo q se debe hacer para poder entender las necesidades de nuestro cuerpo, pero obviamente no es facil.
Si eso no te funciona aca hay mas tips
- come unas tic tacs, tienen solo 2 calorias cada una y te sacan el hambre
- distrae tu mente en algo como ver tele, navegar en internet, escribir, leer un libro etc.
- si tienes hambre o te sientes debil, comete un tomate, te da energias y te hace
sentir lleno
- toma cafe, el cafe (negro y con endulsante sin calorias) quema calorias, y aparte el agua caliente hace que t sientas lleno y sin hambre por mucho rato
- anda a algun lugar que disfrutes a la hora que mas te guste, asi, quemas calorias por caminar, y tu mente se distrae y no piensa en comida
- si te sientes muy cansada y con mucha hambre dormite
- habla con otras personas, siempre es bueno tener apoyo, cuando tienes miedo o estas triste asi no te da hambre
- recorda que el hambre es algo mental, si no pensas en comida no te da hambre
- mantente alejado de ver y oler comida
- conta hasta 1000
- escucha musica, eso va a hacer que se te pase el hambre
- mastica unos hielos, son perfectos para engañar a tu estomago!
- en las horas en las que usualmente comes consumi agua, esto hace que tu estomago se expanda y se sienta lleno.
- pensa en cualkier cosa que no sea comer, hace planes, repasa tu dia, pero manten la mente alejada de la comida
- invita a tus amigas a casa a tomar mate, cafe, charlar
- el sabor dulce sacia el hambre, podes usar endulsantes sin calorias en comidas como el cereal, o canela, o tomar jugos de los que venden en polvo sin calorias (cligth, be-ligth etc) y eso hara que tu cuerpo se sienta satisfecho por mucho rato despues de comer
- cuando vallas a comer, llena tu estomago con comida sin muchas calorias como lechuga, tomate, ensaladas, y mucha agua, vas a ver como aparte de que te sientes llena, no consumes casi calorias
- maréate a ti mismo, provócate nauseas.
- mastica la comida y escúpela
- toca esa asquerosa piel sobrante
- al oler algo muy dulce, tu cuerpo lo registra como que lo haz comido
- desayuna para que tu metabolismo no se ponga más lento
- come lo más lento que puedas. Tu cuerpo toma 30 min. en darse cuenta que está satisfecho
- nunca comas después de las siete
- usa el sabotaje contra ti misma. Ponle mucha sal a tus alimentos, etc
- recuerda que aunque tus delgadísimas amigas coman mucho y no suban ni un gramo no quiere decir que esto va a funcionar contigo.
- aprende a amar esa sensacion del estomago vacio

lo peor es que ultimamente me duermo muy tarde y despues estoy toda la mañana durmiendo y me despierto como a las 14:00 o a veces mas tarde lo cual no es nada bueno porque me consume todo el dia.....
Ana ayudame, dame fuerzas!! hoy empiezo un nuevo ayuno. lo voy a ir haciendo dia a dia haber hasta donde llego.

Igual estuve comiendo, muy poquito pero lo hice.... asi que voy a implementar algo nuevo porque tengo miedo de subir. Voy a comer 5 veces al dia:
Desayuno - media mañana - almuerzo - merienda - cena
En cantidades MUY pero MUY pequeñitas, acompañadas todo el tiempo por mate. Es mas, voy a empezar a desayunar con mate, cosa que antes no hacia.

Long time no see
Hola! les cuento que llegue a los 59kg pero tuve una recaida y ahora estoy en 60!!!!!!! me siento tan gorda!!!! dios, como odio mi cuerpo
empece natacion este mes, espero que me de buenos resultados :D
Y lo peor de todo es que se ecerca mi cumpleaños :S como voy a hacer para no comer ese dia??? me van a obligar!!!
